These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the croyale platform and all services provided by croyale to registered players in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

To register a croyale Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued ID, your date of birth, your registered Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading.
Each player is permitted to hold only one croyale Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared device identifiers, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. croyale reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held therein.
croyale is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer verification on all player accounts. KYC requires submission of a clear copy or photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — acceptable documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), SSS ID, or PRC ID — together with a live selfie photograph taken at the time of submission.
Withdrawal of any funds from a croyale Account is conditional upon satisfactory completion of KYC verification. croyale reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed to croyale's satisfaction may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.
You are responsible for keeping your registered account information current. In particular, you must update your registered Philippine mobile number promptly in the event of any change, as this number is used for two-factor authentication and OTP delivery. croyale accepts no responsibility for access loss resulting from an outdated registered number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your croyale Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your password or OTP with any third party under any circumstances.
croyale support staff will never request your password or OTP via any communication channel. Any request for these credentials is a fraudulent impersonation attempt and should be reported to croyale immediately via the live chat support available in your Account dashboard.
All activity that occurs under your croyale Account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — will be treated as having been conducted by you unless you have previously notified croyale of unauthorised access. croyale accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
croyale accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform's Deposit page, which currently includes GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. You warrant that all funds deposited into your croyale Wallet are from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited. croyale reserves the right to return and void any deposit made from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit into your Account, or such other verified method as croyale may approve following KYC review. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso only.

Withdrawal requests are subject to croyale's anti-money laundering review process. croyale reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending additional verification. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing and referral to the appropriate regulatory authority.
croyale may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the bonus forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
Each Game available on the croyale platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any Game, you agree to the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
All non-live Games on the croyale platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified to ensure genuinely random, unmanipulated outcomes. Live dealer Games are conducted by trained dealers operating under PAGCOR-compliant studio conditions. croyale does not alter game outcomes in response to player behaviour, bet size, or account history.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including a disconnection during a live dealer game round, a software error affecting a game outcome, or a system failure that interrupts a wagered round — croyale will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's Wallet. croyale's determination regarding malfunction outcomes is final, subject to PAGCOR dispute procedures.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Games and are displayed within the game interface. croyale reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time and to impose individual player limits at its discretion, particularly in the context of responsible gaming interventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the croyale platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any croyale content without prior written authorisation.
Third-party game content available on the croyale platform is licensed to croyale by the respective game providers. All rights in third-party content are reserved by the respective rights holders.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, croyale's aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their croyale Wallet in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
croyale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to: (a) interruptions to the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond croyale's reasonable control; (b) losses resulting from the player's failure to maintain Account security; (c) the player's violation of these Terms; (d) decisions made by the player in the course of gameplay; or (e) any change in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulation that affects the platform's operations.
Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your croyale Account at any time by contacting support via the Account dashboard live chat. Account closure will be processed following settlement of all pending bets and withdrawal of any Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Suspension by croyale: croyale reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any Real Money Balance will be held and not forfeited pending the outcome of the investigation, unless the investigation reveals conduct that warrants forfeiture under these Terms. croyale will endeavour to communicate the outcome of any investigation within 30 calendar days.

For material amendments, croyale will endeavour to provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice to registered players via the contact information held on their Account.
Your continued use of the croyale platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between a player and croyale, the player should first contact croyale's support team via the Account dashboard live chat to seek informal resolution. croyale will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR under its applicable dispute resolution procedures. Players may also seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall limit a player's rights under applicable mandatory Philippine consumer protection legislation.
